I write this note on behalf of ABC Corp, Mumbai, very humbly. 

You were very much a part and parcel of the ABC Corp. once upon a time.  We immensely value your contribution for the growth of the ABC Corp. and cherish the fond memories of your association with it.  We also take this opportunity to remember those great men who unfortunately are no more with us but were instrumental to the growth of the ABC Corp. in the past.  We offer our prayers for their eternal peace.

We now wish to inform you that the ABC Corp. has completed 60 years of its existence and the Executive Committee for the year 2012-13 has decided to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Year in a grand but humble way.  As a part of the celebrations, it is our desire to honour our past “stalwarts” (Presidents and Secretaries) during our Cultural Programmes to be held at TAJ in Mumbai on 18^th October 2012 evening.

Thus, we cordially invite you to be amongst us on the occasion.  It will be our privilege to honour you and introduce you to those who have not known you earlier.
