As per our records, we have received full payments against our dues from Rocket Sales Corporation, whose proprietor is N Nagraj. We, therefore, do not want to proceed with the case and request you to withdraw the same.
Mr N Khan, who was the complainant in the above case on behalf of the company, has resigned from the services of the company and left.
Presently, the undersigned is authorized in place of Mr N Khan on behalf of the company, to appear before the various courts of Metropolitan Magistrate and take all the steps necessary and required on behalf of the company. A copy of the Power of Attorney in this respect is enclosed. Accordingly the undersigned is requesting you to withdraw the case.
