Effective from 28th January, 2013, all sales needs to be backed by the PDC’s dated on “Due Dates” after considering the “Credit Period” as applicable to the sales. PDC’s collected needs to be sent to Head Office within 7th days of delivery of goods. The cheques will be deposited to Bank on due dates from Head Office.
Interest @ 2.50% per month will be collected/adjusted from the party for the period in excess of credit period in case of cheque bounces.
No fresh sale to the party having outstanding more than 30 days over his normal credit period.
Those parties, who fail to clear their bills within the agreed credit period, will be shown in default list and till the dues are cleared by the customer no further orders can be executed.
