Sub : Quotation for freight rate for the period October’12 to March’13 

You are requested to submit the rate quotations in sealed envelope for the period of Six months i.e. from 01.10.2012 to 31.03.2013 in respect of the following destinations Ex-Khapoli (Mumbai) in the format mentioned herein below with certain conditions mentioned below the destination chart :-

FOR OUR FINISHED GOODS

TRANSHIPMENT : NAGPUR
01	BHOPAL
02	JAIPUR
03	FARIDABAD
04	DELHI
TRANSHIPMENT : Mumbai
01	NOIDA
02	PUNE
03	LUCKNOW
04	AHMEDABAD

I) FOR THE DESTINATIONS TRANSHIPPED AT NAGPUR, PLEASE QUOTE YOUR RATES FOR 10 MT & 20 MT LOAD BASIS BOTH. IF SINGLE RATE FOR UNDER LOAD AND OVER LOAD IS GIVEN, IT SHOULD BE CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE RATE QUOTATION.

II) FOR THE MATERIALS TRANSHIPPED AT MUMBAI, PLEASE QUOTE YOUR RATES FOR 12 MT & 24 MT BOTH.

Please submit your quotation in a sealed envelope addressed to the President by 5.00 PM on 15.09.2012.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The management discretion will be final and binding.
