Out of this, a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- Rupees Six Lacs only) shall be adjusted against monthly rent every month commencing from the date of possession and the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs only) shall be treated as advance free of interest which will be refunded by under mentioned on termination of the agreement of lease.
