With reference to above we are to inform you that we have been trying to submit e-return  through electronic process but due to some technical problem we could not submit them electronically. As such we have submitted past quarterly returns manually.

In this regard we contacted your systems superintendent and we could solve the problem with his support.

Finally we have got the new User Id as well as Password .Now we are able to file through electronic process.

Henceforth we will submit the e-return through electronic process from the next quarter . We regret for inconvenience caused to you.
