Dear Sir,

Ref.: A/c No. S.B. -------------

The above mentioned A/c was opened by the under-mentioned when my employer, ROCKET SALES CORPORATION used to disburse salary through your bank. Subsequently, disbursement of salary through your bank was dis-continued by our Company and at the same time information to that effect was sent to your bank. Also your bank was requested to close the A/c of individual employees (copy enclosed).

In this respect, under-mentioned sent letter No. ……. dtd . ………….… (copy enclosed) but nothing has happened. On the contrary, whatever credit balance lying in my A/c have been debited for non-maintenance charges continuously every month and as on 31.03.13 you are showing some debit balance of Rs.785.81.

Please note that I am nowhere responsible for depositing any money to your bank since I have been requesting every time to close my aforesaid A/c. On the contrary, bank must refund money the then credit balance of Rs. ……….. at the earliest failing which I shall be compelled to seek legal redressal.
