I have issued a Cheque No. -------- dtd.15.05.13 for Rs.1096.90 and same was returned by you and without information you have debited Rs.275.75 towards Cheque Return Charges, this is due to you have wrongly debited Rs.110.30 towards renewal charges of ATM Cards.
You are, therefore, requested to reverse the aforesaid charges i.e. Rs.275.75 & Rs.110.30.
