1. Sales Promoter should sign the agreement on each & every pages with Rubber Stamp.

2. Right Side of Page No.8 (Just below the signature of our Vice President), Sales Promoter should sign with rubber stamp.

3. Left side of Page No.8 at the place of witnesses, two witnesses of Sales Promoter should sign with full address.

4. Right side of Page No.10, Sales Promoter should sign with rubber stamp.

After completion of signature, please take one xerox copy of this agreement for Sales Promoter and return the original copy to H.O.
