In terms of your sanction advice dated 3^rd September, 2013 we, declare that -

1.      Thief India Limited and cheat Industries Limited, whose names are appearing in RBI defaulter list, are not Stabnet Group of Companies and that Shri Anil Kapoor is Non-Executive Independent professional Director of Rocket Sales Limited.


We also confirm that as per last declaration dated 31st March, 2013 given by him, Shri Anil Kapoor is not in the Board of Directors of cheat Industries Limited.

2.      Burglar Tools (I) Limited & Robber Limited, whose names are appearing in specific Approval List / Caution List of ECGC, are not Stabnet Group Companies and Shri Amir Khan is Non-Executive Independent Director of Rocket Sales Limited.

We also confirm that as per last declaration dated 15th March, 2013 given by him, Shri Amir Khan is not in the Board of Directors of Burglar Tools (I) Limited.
