We would like to inform you that previously you were allowed to our company 3 Nos free car parking space in Nirmal Building which was used by Mr S Gupta, Mr S Singh and Mrs S Bhattacharyya. Please note that all these 3 employees have left our organisation. Out of 3 parking space at present we are using only one parking space which is being used by Shri S Ray. Now 2 new executives, Shri S Thakur and Shri S Sen of our company want to use the car parking space.

One Zen Vehicle No. MH04 0245 used by Shri S Sen and another vehicle No. will be intimated to your shortly.

You are requested to please allow to park these cars and confirm to us.
