Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I applied for Transfer of my PF Account No. MH/------ of ABC Corporation Ltd to PF Account No. MH/---------- of Rocket Sales Ltd where I am presently working. The receipt copy of the application is enclosed for your reference. However after enquiring from the Khapoli PF office in mid  December 2011 it was revealed that they have transferred Rs.56 Lacs vide Cheque No.---------- dated 30/11/2011 to RPFC RO Mumbai. Since no further intimation received on this Transfer Case and keeping my trusted faith on your organization I was under the impression that the amount has been transferred to my current PF Account.

With due regret I would also like to mention here that after repeated reminders from our office for Account Statement pertaining to 2010-11 & 2011-12 till date your department has failed to send any statement and everytime our office has asked for statements there were false assurances from the officer of the concerned group.  

When I used your online facility to know my EPF Balance then it showed Rs.500000/- against Employees Share and Rs.400000/- against Employer Share as the Balance till 31/03/2012. It was shocking for me to see that no where the amount of Rs.56 lacs is mentioned nor reflecting anywhere in the SMS received from your office. To my sheer disappointment I came to know that this has been transferred from Cash Section to the concerned group ie. Gr-36.

Since this is a case which is almost one and a half year pending, I am completely disheartened by the approach of your office. At present I am unaware whether the said amount has been transferred to my current PF A/c. Hence I request you to take the matter seriously and let me know the present status.
