Reg: Switch Over of our consortium limit with Bank of Rajasthan to you.

We have a consortium limit with Bank of Rajasthan, Chowrangee Branch (Fund Base Rs.4 Crores and Non Fund Base Rs.2 Crores), being 14.36% share of our total Consortium Limit of Fund Base Rs.26 Crores and Non Fund Base Rs.15 Crores led by State Bank of India and with other two member banks i.e. ICICI Bank and IDBI.

We are very much keen to switch over the existing consortium limit with Bank of Rajasthan to your branch, as we are not getting satisfactory service from Bank of Rajasthan, being a Private Sector Bank, mainly in opening of Foreign Letter of Credit, apart from we are desirous to be associated with the leading Nationalized bank like you having complete infrastructure facility and world wide correspondent to facilitate and ease the opening of Foreign Letter of Credit, which is our prime need for importing various raw material to support our uninterrupted production and for exporting our product .

We, Rocket Sales Ltd, are manufacturing HRC Coils (Steel) in our Factory located at Khapoli, NAvi Mumbai. Hot Rolled Coils largely under the Brand Name ‘Shakti Steel’ A brief write up about our company is enclosed herewith for your perusal.

For consideration of our proposal we are enclosing herewith the followings:

1.     Financials of our company for the year ended 2010–2011, 2011–2012 & 2012–2013

2.     Unaudited quarterly result for the quarter ended December 2013

3.     Minutes of the Board meeting dated 31.10.2013

4.     Certificate of classification our account from all consortium banks including Bank Of     Rajasthan

5.     Latest CMA data accepted by the lead Bank, State Bank Of India

6.     Factory license copy

7.     Share holding pattern as on 27.02.2014
