We find from our statement of accounts for the month of August, 2013 that in addition to monthly interest charged in our account for the month of August 2013 you have further charged penal interest to the tune of Rs.45000.00

We request you to waive the penal interest Rs.45000.00 charged in our account and please let us know the reasons for imposing penal interest to take appropriate steps by us so that it does not recur in future.
