This is with reference to "No dues Certificate" dtd.12.04.2013 issued to us towards the satisfaction of dues to State Bank of India. We would like to inform you that you had sanctioned a loan of Rs.3000 lacs vide Loan Agreement dtd. 01.10.2005, which included central investment subsidy of Rs.100 lacs. Please note that we had created charge for the total amount of Rs.3000 lacs, which included central investment subsidy of Rs.100 lacs availed from you. In the no dues certificate issued by you Term loan of Rs.3000 lacs (including central investment subsidy of Rs.100 lacs) has been mentioned as Term loan of Rs.2900 lacs vide Loan Agreement dtd. 01.10.2005 without mentioning the central investment subsidy.
As such we are unable to register the satisfaction of charge towards the original charge created for a loan of Rs.3000 lacs including central investment subsidy of Rs.100 lacs availed from you.
We would request you to mention under the Term loan "Rs.3000 lacs (including central investment subsidy of Rs.100 lacs)" instead of Rs.2900 lacs in the no dues certificate issued by you.
We would request you to kindly revise the "No dues Certificate" dtd.12.04.2014 and send the same to us for submitting the same to Registrar of Companies and to register satisfaction of charge towards total dues paid to State Bank of India.
