instructors trained from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM). They have
also worked under Mr. Chaw Chaw Meen, the famous TPM consultant of JIPM, Tokyo India
Our approach
• Create company-wide awareness by highlighting the existing gaps.
• The process will continue till all employees and all machines
are covered and all the eight pillars of TPM are fully activated.
• Our TPM Consultants will visit the organization for providing
necessary TPM inputs.
• Based on these inputs specific tasks will be carried out by the
plant personnel on Model Machines, Pillar Activities, etc.
• Subsequent visits will be carried out to review the progress and
provide additional inputs.

consultancy. Therefore, we would like to offer consultancy for implementation
of TPM at your organization. Please find below our offer for the same.
1. The contract will be for Two Years
2. Frequency of visit of our Consultant - 4
days per month
Commercial terms and conditions:
1. Our consultancy charges are Rs.
(Rupees )
plus applicable service tax per consultancy day.
2. Travel costs of our consultant - Air Fare/IAC/Car/Taxi as applicable -
depending on the location from where our consultant will come.
3. Boarding and lodging to be provided by you in your guest house/hotel.
4. Incidental expenses during journey/stay for consultants are to be borne
by you.
5. We will raise the bill for fees and other expenses on completion of each
visit and request you to make payment within 15 days in favour of M/s Rocket
Sales Consultancy. by Demand Drafts or A/c Payee Cheques, payable at Mumbai.
6. Mobilization charges Rs. 4,00,000/- with order confirmation.
