TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1) DELIVERY :

   

The shipment time shall be 60 days after the receipt of  your  confirmed,  technically and commercially clear  order   along with Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.

2)  VARIATION :

   

    You will have to allow 10% +/- variation in quantity as well as in value, which should be clearly mentioned in the order and your Letter of Credit.

3)  COUNTRY OF ORIGIN : 

   

    The above referred material is of Indian Origin.

   

4)  VALIDITY :

   

The above referred prices are valid upto 30.06.2013 and thereafter subject to our confirmation only.

5)  QUANTITY :

     Above rates are for quantity mentioned in your above referred enquiry.

6)  PAYMENT :

   

You will have to arrange the Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for 100% value of the order on any first class bank to be opened in our favour and advised through our banker, State  Bank  of India, Voltas House, 14/1 Nariman Point, Mumbai -458 545  under copy to us.

7)  FORCE MAJEURE:

   

The above referred delivery schedule has been given keeping in view of normal condition of working but force majeure clause will apply and in this event if shipment is delayed we will not be responsible which please note.
