Home Loan Paper Requirements for Approval / Sanction for Indian Bank (AXIS, SBI, IDBI, PNB, LIC, ICICI, HDFC, HSBC ETC.) from Applicant (Salaried & Businessman) & Promoter in word/ .doc / .pdf Format in India

Every one of us has a dream of having his or her own home. But in today’s scenario it is not possible for most us to purchase a flat or home in full download payment. Here I have provided a list of documents required by most of the Indian bank for sectioning home load. I have got these details from one of my friend working in home loan department of Axis Bank as GM.

Property Documents: [in case of unapproved project]

• Copy of Agreement for Sale
• Copy of Money Receipt
• Copy of Deed
• Copy of Link Deed
• Copy of Latest Tax Receipt
• Copy of Mutation Certificate
• Copy of Sanction plan
• Draft Deed
• Affidavit of Legal Heirship.

Documents Required for Applicant (Salaried Person):

• Copy of PAN
• Copy of Address Proof
• One latest colour photograph
• Last Three month’s pay slip
• Last 2 year Form No.-16
• Previous employment detail (if the present employment is less than three years)
• Bank Statement of Salary Account for last 6 months
• Sanction Letter of other loan/(s) – if any
• Statement of Account of other loan/(s) – if any
• Bank Statement of other loan Repayment account for last 6 months– if any
• Login Fee Cheque of Rs 5000.00 favoring Axis Bank Ltd.

Co-Applicant: [if income is not considered]

• Copy of PAN
• Copy of Passport or Address Proof
• One latest colour photograph

Prime Feature:

No prepayment or part payment penalty

Other Information:

• Property Insurance at very low premium (mandatory).
• Home Loan linked Life Insurance is available at very competent single premium (can be added with loan amount).
• Total processing fees 1% of the loan amount plus 12.36% Service Tax on total processing fee (inclusive of login fee).
