Sub: Offer for field visit of Bamboo plantation at Khapoli for carbon credit

Dear Sir

This has reference to the telephonic discussion our consultant had with you regarding visit to your plantation sites at Khapoli and to assess feasibility of getting carbon credits. We are pleased to submit our offer for visiting the sites on terms & conditions mentioned below:

1. Consultants fee                 : Rs 25000/-per day

2. No of consultants              : Five

3. No of days of visit             : Tentatively 15 days including days of journey

4. Lodging & Boarding         : To be arranged by RSL at Khapoli

5. Travelling expenses         : Extra from Delhi to Khapoli and back

                                                  (by Air/ by train AC I Tier/ by road)

6. Service Tax                       : Extra as applicable on consultancy fee

We shall finalize the visit on confirmation of charges as above at least 15 days prior to the visit. You are also requested to intimate us convenient dates for the visit.
