You are aware that one consignment of our party, M/s Lalit Interior
Pvt Ltd., Bangalore is lying at your Vizianagaram transshipment point, the
details of which is given below :

These materials had been
despatched from our factory against party’s Purchase Order No. LIPL/PUR/1149
dtd.06.12.13. Now party has intimated us through their letter dtd.20.12.13 to
cancel the order against the aforesaid Purchase Order, a xerox copy of the said
letter is attached herewith for your information.
Therefore, we have no
other option but to take back these materials to our factory at Nirula (Kerla)
from where the said materials had been despatched. For this purpose necessary
Way Bill is being sent by our Factory to our Vizianagaram Office today and you
can collect the same from our Vizianagaram Office.
You are, therefore,
requested to deliver the above materials to our factory at Nirula (Kerla) alongwith
all original documents and Way Bill duly filled in.
