           Rs.20,89,000/- submitted against coke supply agreement.

Ref : Your Letter No. MSTC/SBI/GM(Fin)/CASH/EXPIRY/BG---------

          dtd.05/06-03-2013 addressed to State Bank of India, Mumbai

With reference to above, we understand that you have requested Bank Guarantee issuing bank to extend the validity of same or else to encash if the same is not extended.

Here we would bring to your kind notice that this Bank Guarantee was issued as per the old Agreement which was subsequently replaced by new FSA. We have entered into a new Fuel Supply Agreement and accordingly we have deposited a sum of Rs.40,06,841/- towards security deposit by way of DD and therefore, we find that the subject Bank Guarantee neither requires extension nor encashment.

We, therefore, request you to kindly return us the same as the very purpose of the above Bank Guarantee is over.
