Buyer shall have the consignment cleared through customs
at his own cost and expenses on payment of import duties etc. whatsoever
consignment being sold by the seller to the buyer on High Seas sale basis by
Title to the goods duly endorsed and delivered by the Seller to the buyer.

The consignment is being imported by the seller under
Documents against Payment basis. By transfer and delivery of Title such as
Bill of Lading, duly endorsed is handed over by the seller to the buyer, the
transaction shall be Transferred unto the Buyer.
