Dear Sirs,

Sub : Non-delivery of the consignment

We are in receipt of your letter dtd.11.09.13 and noted the contents mentioned therein. Consignments referred in you letter had not been delivered by you to the destinations. On enquiry, it had been informed to us by you verbally that due to some disputes with the godown owner at Pune, the same were not delivered and as and when dispute is cleared you shall deliver the consignments to the destinations.

If consignments were seized by Sales Tax Dept., it should have been brought to our notice. You are requested to immediately provide us all documents related to seizure and release order for our reference as it may cause a serious damage to our goodwill. Regarding delivery of consignments as a substantial time has been passed, we afraid that quality of goods might have been deteriorated. We had already raised Debit Note No. RSL/DN/TRNSP/01 dtd.30.10.2012 on you for non-delivery of these consignments for Rs.4,56,682.81 (Rupees Four lacs fifty six thousand six hundred eighty two and paise eighty one only). If you still interested in delivering the consignments, you can deliver to ultimate destinations. If quality is as it is as it was at the time of despatches from our factory we shall withdraw Debit Note otherwise we shall deduct value of the quality deteriorated from your bills at prevailing selling prices and deduct from your bills. Our decision in this regard shall be final.

We have been repeatedly requesting you to depute somebody to reconcile your accounts, as you had submitted many bills without acknowledgement and we are facing problem in reconciling despatches and receipts of the consignments.

Your early action in this regard is awaited.
