II SHOW CAUSE NOTICE OF PUNISHMENT
ISSUED
This has reference to the charge sheet
dated 27.11.2007 issued to you by the
undersigned and subsequent Domestic Enquiry conducted against you on the
charges leveled against you in the charge sheet dated 27.11.2007. Now the Enquiry Officer has submitted his
report, holding you guilty of misconducts alleged in the charge sheet dated
27.11.2007. Copy of the enquiry report
is enclosed. The management has
carefully examined the enquiry report, the enquiry proceedings and other
connected documents. In view of the
gravity of the misconducts, the Management has proposed to award the punishment
of termination of your services.
Please show cause with in three (3)
days from the date of receipt of this notice as to why the proposed punishment
of termination of services can not be awarded.
In case no reply is received within the stipulated time, it will be
presumed that you have no explanation to submit and will be proceeded further.
