This is with reference to your fax message dated 09.08.2002 regarding Counter Offer of Tender No.03025089 due on 11.06.2014 for supply of Ply Board Exterior Grade confirming to IS 12406/88 18MM Thick X 1.22 Mtr. X 1.84 Mtr. = 1 No. (P.L. No.86980038).

In this regard we would like to bring to your kind notice that Excise Duty & cost of raw materials have substantially been increased from our last supply made to you, the details of which are given below :

In 2013-2013 budget, the Government of India has increased Excise Duty from 8% to 16% w.e.f. 1st March 2012 but we have not increased our rate in our last supply.

We are giving below comparison of cost of raw materials from last supply made to you with current date :
