In  connection with the statutory audit of Rocket Sales Corporation Ltd. for the year ended 31^st March, 2016, I hereby confirm after obtaining the necessary information from each of the public companies list below in which I am a Director, that none of the companies has violated any provision of Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956 which would preclude me from being a Director in Rocket Sales Corporation Ltd., in particular, I confirm that none of these companies has defaulted in :

a)    Filing the Annual Accounts and Annual Returns within the prescribed time for the last three financial years i.e. 2002-13, 2013-14 &  2014-2015; or

b)    Repaying its deposit or interest thereon on due date or redeem its debentures on due date or pay dividend and such failure has continued for one year or more.
