I am very sorry to inform you that I have been a victim of your cheap marketing strategy. One Month ago one of your Sales Executive called me from Mobile No 9898989898 for atleast 10 times. She insisted me to take a new SIM (WOW SIM) against my current post paid number 9876543210. She told me that there will be no rental charges against this new SIM & any conversation between my current number & new number will be absolutely free. On her continuous calling & request I have taken a New SIM (Number :-9879879870).
Now after 1 month when I have check my mobile bill I found that you have deducted Rs 250.00 + Service Tax against rental charges of my new mobile number. When I have called back on your sales executive number but no one is responding to my call.
You thugs & cheat people have wasted my time. With a brand like TATA it was not expected.
Disconnect the new number 9879879870 given by your fraud sales executive. I will not make any payment against this this number. Very soon I will transfer my whole family’s Tata Docomo connections to Reliance.
