Sub : Complaint Letter for Wrongly Debiting My Bank Account Against False ATM Withdrawal

This is to bring your kind notice that yesterday evening on 31.12.2022 I have tried to withdraw money from several different ATM for 3 occasions & each time no money was dispensed duty to time out. May be there was some issue in your server. When I have check my account statement, I found that my account was debit on all 3 occasions but my account’s debit entry reversal was done only for 1 occasions. 

 

So my bank account account was wrongly debited for Rs 20,000 (s/MAHIM ROAD INTOUCH 00 & ID123456/31-12-22 19:42:23 /0000012). So you are requested to please lookinto this matter & credit my bank account accordingly.
