Dear Sir,

 

This is to inform you that there has been a continuous leakage in the common pipes of the building due to which walls in our office at 5^th floor are being damaged.

 

Now since we have started the repair works, we had called up the building's plumber who confirmed that the leakage is from 7th & 6th floor. Hence we request co operation from both the floors users.

 

Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis & do the needful as soon as possible. This will help us to complete the renovation of our floor properly.
