We are in
receipt of bill dated 08.08.2026 which shows bill amount of Rs.26559/- for the
month of August, September and October’26, which means the bills are raised in
advance. We would like to know the following:
a) What is the basis of bills raised.
b) How this amount is adjusted on actual consumption basis at
the end of this period.
c) What is the tariff applicable for our meter as we
understand from your office that the rates have changed and are different from
what is printed on the back side of the bill.
Request you
to provide the aforesaid clarifications at the earliest.
