We hereby introduce
ourselves as a mid-sized quality builder of Kolkata City. We have developed
more than appx 2,00,000 sq feet of build up residential
space. Now, we are proposing to develop a 5 Storied Two Block of Residential Apartment at the
Dumdum Gorabazar Area. The prevailing market rate of residential property in
that area is appx. INR 4,000 to INR
5,000 per sq ft. We will launch the project at a rate of INR 4000/- and will
gradually increase the price with the progress of sale.
We are the owner of a
piece of land measuring 18 (eighteen) Kottah 8
(eight) chattak and 6 (six) Sq-ft be the same a little more or less (
being a portion of Khasmahal plot no. 17) situate lying at and being premises
no. 855 (formerly No. 885) Post Office Road (55, Dr. Sailen Das Sarani), Dum
dum Cantt, Mouza : Dum Dum
Cant., R.S Dag No. - 115 , C.S. Dag No. – 6565 J.L.No - 115, Khatain no. – 414, Touzi no.
– 114, Ward No. – 25, P.S.Dumdum, Sub-Registry Cossipore Dumdum

Now,
we are going to build a G+5 storied residential apartment on the same. Our plan
for construction of the building has already been approved by the Dum Dum
Municipality on 25/10/2023 Sanction no. _______________
dtd 25-10-2023.
We
hereby apply for Approval
of the said project from your prestigious Bank. All the legal documents are available with us
and we are ready to furnish the same . We would like to invite to you to do the
necessary inspection of our plot of land.
