Sub: Shifting of residence from Chennai to Kolkata.

 

I have taken a flat on lease in Kolkata with effect from February 1, 2026. I now intend to shift my residence to Kolakata in the next week. I would therefore, request your permission to go to Chennai on 12.02.2026 (evening) to organize packing and transportation of my household goods from Chennai to Kolkata which will take about three days. I would return to Kolkata with my family on 17.02.2026 and join back on duties from 18.02.2026.
