We are very keen to participate & supply
tyres against your above mention tender. We want to supply tyres through our
consortium with a globally renowned South Asian Tyre manufacturing company. Our
manufacturing partner has been supplying tyres globally to countries such as India,
USA, Europe & South East Asia. We had following queries related to
participation in your tender.
1.
Can we
apply for tender in consortium with another company? We will be supplying the
tyres in Stabnet brand but will be manufacturing offshore. Is that ok? We will meet all the quality and technical
parameters.
2.
We want to
be price competitive. Can you please share your target price and we will try to
match that? Our USP lies in low priced tyres at best quality. What was last
year tender’s final price, to help us get an idea?
3.
As a first
time supplier, please elaborate the procedure for tender application & your
vendor rating system for evaluation. Also clarify what are Trial Orders, and
any other requirement for the first-time participant to the tender.
