Please find below the minutes of the call held on 12 May, 2027 from 17:30 to 18:30.

Attendees: Anil Singh, Amit Singh, Ajit Sharma, Imran Khan, Nikhil Jain, Goutam Sahu, Ajit Singha, Satish Banerjee

Points of note:

1.       Domestic Replacement

a.       EY team to evaluate at depth the insights picked from the Nagpur market visit. These insights included but was not limited to quality of distribution on the ground, focus on generating secondary sales, BTL marketing support from ABC and deployment of sales force on the ground.

b.      EY team to meet with Anil to discuss current performance and the issues marring sales

c.       EY team to conduct a joint market visit with Mr. Sachin Babu to record his inputs on the issues marring domestic replacement

d.      EY to meet up with Shahu to understand his point of view on the current state of domestic replacement business

e.      EY to conduct a market visit in Mumbai to understand the competition strength(s) on the ground vis-à-vis MTL. EY to visit a few dealers of competition to get a better sense of the market dynamics

f.        EY team to prepare first cut hypothesis and high level to-be initiatives

 

2.       Export Markets

a.       EY team to meet 10 more merchant exporters to understand the export markets better

b.      EY team to identify the levers which are directly impacting the export numbers and look to prioritize the actionable levers which can be quickly impacted to get immediate results

c.       EY team to identify the most attractive countries for export on the basis of qualitative and quantitative factors

d.      EY team to try and visit a few merchant exporters who don’t work with ABC to understand broadly the competition value proposition and product range at a country level

e.      EY team to prepare first cut hypothesis and high level to-be initiatives

f.        Data analysis to be done on countries exported to and volume of business done from Infodrive data

g.       Prioritize ones ABC has already initiated contact with and meet them with Rahul's help

h.      Cold call the ones with good volumes in desired markets

i.        Do secondary research for importers in the desire markets, explore distributor leads through OEs such as Bajaj

 

3.       MTL team (Anil) to share customs data of exporters to article to importers mapping
