of Authorised Signatories for operation of above referred Current Account.
This is to inform
you that due to transfer and separation of officials it has become necessary to
designate fresh Authorised Signatories urgently for operation of above Current
Account of the Company effectively.
Considering the present position the Board of Directors of the Company,
in its meeting held on 20th August, 2026, has resolved that in
supersession of all the previous resolutions with immediate effect any two of
the following officials of the Company jointly be authorized to operate the
above Current Account of the Company with your branch:

In connection with
above we enclose herewith the followings for your doing the needful at your
end:
1. A certified copy of the Extracts of the Resolutions
passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 20th
August 2022;
2. Fresh Signature Card in respect of all the above named
Authorised Signatories;
3. Customer Relationship Forms (Authorised Signatory) in
respect of each of the above named Authorised Signatory along with copies of
self certified PAN Card and Address Proof.
Please arrange to change the Authorised Signatories in
your records as above for operation of our above referred Current Account with
immediate effect under advice to us.
