LETTER OF INTENT

Parties: -

1)       Stabnet Group represented by Mr Sachin Singh

2)      Starnet Private Limited, represented by Mr Anil Agarwal

 

Rent Agreement Mutually agreed Points :-                                                                       

 

1)      Parties :- I from Stabnet Group & Mr Anil Agarwal  Company ( Starnet Private Limited)

2)      Address :- 14/5 N S Road, Star Palace 15th Floor, Kolkata – 700001.

3)      Total area for Rent :– 3960 Sqft less Partition area.

4)      Monthly Rent Amount: - Rs 75 x 3960 Sqft less Partition area ( It will be inclusive of maintenance charges). All taxes will be applicable on rent amount as per the prevailing Indian Law.

5)      Security Deposit of 6 months

6)      2 Car Parking slot within building to be allotted.

7)      Notice period of 2 Months.

8)      3 years lockin period from both sides.

9)      Rent agreement will be applicable for 3 / 5 years.

10)   Rent increment @ 5% per year.

11)   Rent will start from 1st April 2026

12)   Fitment period will start from the date of agreement to 31.03.2026 ( 1-1.5 Months)

13)   Upon signing of agreement & receipt of Security deposit, our Company will give Rs 4.00 lacs less cost for making Partition & Separate door, to Mr Agarwal’s company for office refurbishment work. Partition & door will be made by us.
