In connection with the above, please be informed that on 20/01/2013 a Charge was filed by the
Company with your office vide SRN Y10361234
for a sum of Rs. 3,00,00,000/-
(Rupees three crore only) wherein the Charge-holder was United Bank of India,
Park Street Branch, Kolkata- 700 016.
Thereafter on making the payment, the said Charge was
satisfied by the Company through filing Form 17, supporting copy of which is
enclosed for your ready reference wherein it was certified by your office as
“Satisfaction of above Charge is Registered”. But in MCA Website, the said
Charge still exists as OPEN.
In this regard please also find enclosed a Notarized
Indemnity duly executed on Stamp Paper for your doing the needful and at the
same time we do hereby request you to kindly do the needful to enable us to get
the Status of the said Charge as CLOSED in the Master Data at an early date.
