Due to my occupational compulsion, I have shifted my residence from Chennai to Kolkata, West Bengal. I now intend to have my vehicle registration transferred to Kolkata from Chennai. The Registering Authority, RTO, Chennai (North West), require a “No Objection Certificate” from your good office in order to process my application for the purpose.

 

I would be grateful, if you will kindly issue the required ‘No Objection Certificate’ and oblige.
