Sub: Requisition for Copy of Conveyance Deed of property D 801, New Friends Colony, Delhi.

Dear Sir,

We have purchased the Property bearing No. A-011, New friends Colony, New Delhi from Smt. Neetu Singh who was the lessee of the property vide Perpetual Sub-Lease Deed dated 30/07/1974, executed by DDA and The New Friends CHBS Ltd. in favour of Smt. Neetu Singh, which is duly registered on 05/08/1974 in the office of Sub-Registrar, New Delhi at Serial No. 1233, in Add. Book No. 1, Volume No. 1242 at pages 445 to 754 on 05/08/1974.

After purchase of the said property, we applied to DDA for conversion of leasehold rights into freehold and DDA granted the freehold rights in respect of the said property vide executing conveyance deed dated 27/03/1998 in our favor (i.e. M/s Stabnet Properties and Finance Pvt. Ltd)., which is duly registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, New Delhi at Serial No. 1212, in Add. Book No. 1, Volume No. 445 at pages 145 to 147 on 27/03/1998.

We applied on __/_/__to Sub-Registrar office for certified copy of the referred.

Conveyance deed dated 27/03/1998. On receiving the copy from Sub-registrar office we found that there is some difference in our original copy of deed and copy of deed received from Sub-Registrar office. Hence, we hereby request you to kindly provide us the copy of the Conveyance Deed of our property situated at A 011, New Friends Colony, Delhi from your record.  So that we can check the content of the same and get the discrepancy rectified at the record of Sub-Registrar office.
