Dear Sir,

 

Sub: Acceptance of VR / VSS Scheme for our Casual (non-regular) workmen

        under Govt./DFID Scheme.

 

Further to our letter dated 31.12.2024, we are happy to inform you that we are now ready with our cheques in the name of 35 Casual workers (non-regular employees) towards their dues on account of our 20% share of the VR terminal dues (EX-gratia, + Gratuity + Leave salary) and other arrear dues payable by us as per the enclosed Statement.

 

We would now request you to kindly arrange to issue your cheques at the earliest as per the DFID Scheme against the 80% share of the VR terminal dues (EX-gratia, + Gratuity + Leave salary) of Rs.25,52,431/- (Rupees Twenty Five lakh Fifty Two thousand Four hundred Thirty One only) in favour of our Casual Workers (non-regular employees) as per the  enclosed calculation Statement, so that we can hand over the cheques together with our cheques to the concerned Casual workers against full and final settlement of their dues.
