As per your SBI OTS 2027
scheme dated dt 08.09.2027 we have made a payment of Rs 1,76,00,000 on 31.10.2027 against the 10%
deposit of ledger outstanding of Rs. 17,41,58,126 as on 31.03.2027. Against your OTS application letter dt
02.11.2027 we have submitted our acceptance letter where we have requested you
to file your Consent Terms at DRT – 1 Mumbai & withdraw your legal case
filed on us.
We are very sorry to
inform you that till now we have not received any update from you regarding
withdrawal of your legal case. Therefore you are requested to provide us you
legal case withdrawal confirmation. It will help us in releasing payment against
our second instalment of Rs 13129849.00 due on 02.12.2027.
