Sub::     No objection certificate U/s 281 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for creation of security

 

 

We are holding in our own name an Industrial Plot No. SP-45, RIICO Industrial Area, Neemrana, Dist :: Alwar, Rajasthan

 

Further please note that, we are holding 1500 Equity Shares of ABC Pte. Ltd. (APL) a Singapore based company, having its office at 158, Park Street, #45, JKL Building, Singapore - 069100. APL has raised funds of US$ 35 million by issuing Secured Guaranteed floating rate notes 2020 (notes) to Deutsche Bank, A.G. Singapore having office at 5, Temasek, Boulevard # 08-01 Suntec City, Tower 5, Singapore – 038111.

 

To secure the repayment of above mentioned notes, on request by APL, the company has to create a first charge by way of mortgage of our above mentioned property in favour of Security Trustee of Deutsche Bank, A.G. Singapore namely DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited having office at 58/5 Cheung Kong Centre, 5 Queens Road, Central, Hong Kong.

 

You are requested to kindly issue us a no objection certificate U/s 281 of the Income Tax Act. 1961 for creation of security interest over immovable property of the company as mentioned above in favour of the Security Trustee.
