Stabnet Naturopathy & Health Resort has over 20 years of experience in the field of Naturopathy & Health Resort. People from almost all parts of India used to visit our Resort for the rejuvenation of their health and for other specific Naturopathy & Ayurvedic treatment. But due to some reasons, it was not in operation in last two years
.
Now, we are looking for Consultant
to handhold us in our endeavour to restart our project. we have decided to
reopen it with a new face and flare. We would like to refurbish our property to
make a comfortable stay for our clients.
The proposed scope of the work for the Consultant will be as under:-
Phase 1
- Site/Zoning Development Plan
- Coordinate input with
architect, engineer, etc.
- Co-ordinate General Contractor
& FF&E Procurement
- Oversee Bids & Change
Orders - Room Mix Allocation
- Develop pre-opening sales &
marketing plans & operational budgets
- Develop pre-opening budgets
with ownership
- Perform pre-opening inspections
and punch list for Health Centre / Resort
Phase 2
- Interview and select
advertising market channels
- Hiring of Key Management
positions
- Startup of local Sales effort
- Finalize hiring of staff
- Training of all departments
- Coordinate the procurement of
guest supplies
- PMS & POS System set up for
optimum performance
Consultant need to develop a workable Profit and Loss and Budget of projected top line figures and fixed and variable costs. This will be based on the compression of the area's true Comp Set and demographic conditions, Market Report and an analysis of existing and new Resorts & facilities coming into the market.
