Mr.Gulati
As the earlier Retainership contract has expired, We wanted to make you a fresh proposal for a new contract for Retainership wef 01-01-2027. This year we will be driving all our focus on re-entering the markets with Stabnet brand. With the growth in sales, we want to reward the people instrumental in driving those sales the new proposal has aimed at doing just that.
You will be
entitled to a fixed percentage of basic value of sales. We are offering you a
fixed component as a reimbursement for all expenses incurred by you for
generating sales. It’ll also compensate you for any help you hire for assisting
you with the sale.
